Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Remote Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with software installation, troubleshooting, and updates
Provide information on product features, pricing, and order processing
Help customers navigate issues related to account access and browser functionality

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Fluency in English and Spanish
At least one year of technical problem-solving experience
High school diploma, GED, or college degree
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
Flexible schedule availability for varying peak periods
