IT Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Specialist for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support and manage routine operations, including helpdesk support and staff access
Work on strategic initiatives to improve IT systems, including automation projects and software migrations
Update security systems and policies, and educate the team on compliance

Required Qualifications

Strong interest in continually learning new IT systems
Ability to adapt to unpredictable and evolving job functions
Comfort with independently investigating and solving problems
Organizational skills and project management abilities
Relevant experience is helpful but not essential; a security clearance and cybersecurity certifications are a plus
