Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour Ability
to earn annual salary of around $75,000 Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per

License required Work Location: In-person Overview The Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) at Laurel Life specializes in Applied Behavior
Analysis (ABA) to deliver Behavior Analytic Treatment through the
ABA program. The BA's primary objectives are to provide clinical
direction for children, youth, or young adults, develop and monitor
Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs), and implement non-aversive
behavioral change methods. They assess behaviors, design
intervention programs, monitor implementation, and adjust
strategies based on observed data. The role also involves leading a
treatment team and promoting collaboration among its members. Key
Responsibilities Service Delivery: Provide ABA services in home,
school, and community settings. Treatment Plans: Develop and
supervise individualized behavior modification plans, including
functional analysis as needed. Documentation: Maintain progress
notes and prepare professional summaries documenting client
behavior and progress. Behavioral Interventions: Design and direct
the implementation of behavioral intervention plans. Data Review:
Conduct regular data reviews to assess progress. Team Meetings:
Participate in interagency treatment plan meetings as required.
Oversight: Provide clinical oversight to Behavioral Health
Technicians (BHT-ABA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
following BACB standards. Community Collaboration: Develop
cooperative relationships with community agencies to facilitate
treatment services. Team Support: Work as a positive team member,
supporting the team's mission and goals. Professional Conduct:
Serve as a role model for positive behavior and demonstrate
professional responsibility. Training and Development: Attend
required meetings, trainings, and engage in professional growth
activities. Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA): Conduct FBAs,
collect and analyze data, and adjust treatment plans based on
findings. Skills Assessments: Administer skills assessments and use
skill-building curriculums (e.g., PEAK, VB-MAPP). Supervision:
Attend both individual and group supervision sessions. Training
Requirements: Complete at least 16 hours of annual training
approved by the PA Department of Human Services. Certification
Maintenance: Successfully complete and maintain certification of
ESPI training, ensuring compliance with Laurel Life policies.
License Maintenance: Maintain an active, valid driver's license and
notify the supervisor if it is suspended or revoked. Special
Projects: Perform other duties or special projects as requested.
Required Skills and Experience Expertise: Specialization in Autism
and ABA, with experience in implementing individualized behavior
programs. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to develop effective
relationships with clients and team members. Behavioral Analysis:
Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
and recommending non-aversive behavioral change methods. Team
Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to support the team's
common goals. Educational and Professional Requirements Licensing:
Licensed in Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor
(LPC), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), clinical social worker
(LCSW), social worker (LSW), behavior specialist (LBS), or a
professional qualified to oversee ABA services. Certification:
Certification as a BCBA or equivalent, accredited by the National
Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National
Standards Institute. Clearances: Updated Act 33 Child Abuse
Clearance, Act 34 Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Background
Check, and Act 31 CPSL Mandated Reporter Training. Work Environment
and Conditions Settings: Work settings include schools, homes,
community locations, churches, activity centers, and extended
family homes. Physical Activities: Summer and recreational programs
may involve physical activities. Client Interaction: May involve
working with verbally or physically abusive clients.This role
