Join us!Job Responsibilities:This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.Line of Business Description:Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s), including research. Participates in the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment. May manage projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives of an operations nature. Should function as the technical expert in their assigned area. Major accountabilities are based on individual expertise and capabilities. Should have an in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work. Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a thorough internal audit system in which all auditable logs and records are reviewed routinely.
  • Analyze existing policies and procedural updates and provide guidance to business partners accordingly, identifying and resolving deficiencies as discovered.
  • Assure all auditable forms, records, and data are defect-free in preparation of monthly LOPC testing.
  • Review/test transactional activities to identify issues, trends, or errors and compile results for integration into overall Enhanced Control program.
  • Document associate errors discovered during review and ensure associate quality metrics are adjusted.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate tracking of historical performance.
  • Report errors, infractions, and security concerns to management and staff, recommending associate action plans as necessary.
  • Identify non-audited practices with potential for future LOPC testing.
  • Implement internal controls for high-risk procedures discovered during QA review or LOPC audit.
  • Assess management and process controls for effectiveness at ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist/lead additional projects as business needs dictate.Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, but must be flexible to accommodate business needs.Skills:
