OverviewWe are seeking a Tech Refresh Data Analyst to join our team supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency.The Tech Refresh Data Analyst is responsible for providing system data and process improvement recommendations for means of automation for customer operations and data management. • Provide system data and process improvement recommendations for means of automation for Tech Refresh operations and data management.
• Provide project data, updates, and standings to cover future DIA, Defense Intelligence Enterprise growth for sites to come that fall within scope of Tech Refresh while preparing data requirements for Tech Refresh utilization of schedule, project success, implementation, and execution of assets.
• Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
• Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
• Assign numerical value to essential business functions to assess and compare business performance over time.
• Analyze local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry.
• Prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Work with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
• Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends.
• Seasoned technical contributor.
• May manage and influence projects/processes.
• Influence others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with a CI Poly.
  • Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of experience (or equivalent) in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
  • Demonstrated experience in collecting, acquiring, extracting, integrating, inspecting, cleaning, and modeling data.
  • Minimum of 5 years in data analysis experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with data analysis and technical expertise in data management, engineering, and science.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in transitioning applications to IC Information Technology Environment (ITE) and in-depth knowledge of IC ITE services.Additional Job InformationWORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
